The Breath taking science behind releasing stress

We are getting ready to share MindSpire's breath taking programme ....

Feeling stressed out?

Lost your sense of humour, wound up, thoughts racing, lost interest, feeling anxious or worried?  If you are ready to do something about it, are busy and need something easy, that gives instant feedback and releases that stress straight away, as well as builds resilience and good  health for the long term, you are in the right place.

Driven by your breathing, tracked by your heart and experienced by the brain. Its so simple to use our proven science and data backed system for reducing your stress.

We are on a big mission to solve anxiety and stress for humanity. Our team have all suffered from stress and care very deeply that you don't. They get to the heart of the matter by tapping directly into your nervous system, straight to where the action is happening.

The door in is through the vagus nerve, the longest wandering nerve in your body, an information superhighway constantly sending messages from your heart and  other organs to the brain. It controls the parasympathetic nervous system, the bit that helps you relax.

The good news is can activate your vagus nerve manually simply by changing the way you breathe. When you do a special rate of deep slow breathing (normally around 6 per minute rather than our normal 12-16  a minute) something very magical happens. You can get your heart rate to increase in sync with your inhale and decrease in sync with your exhale.  By using your breathing to influence changes in heart rate (called heart rate variability) you have a process to release stress using your vagus nerve as well as improving your heart's ability to keep your blood pressure down over the long term.

So with the help of a little ear clip that you can use to track your heart rate variability, our app and  determination on your part to find a 10 minute spot in your day to get into the groove of daily breathing, you can start to take the stress away. If you want to dig deep into the science as you go, or explore more about de-stressing and becoming the master of your mind, you can choose.

Why you will feel good.

1. You will recover from stressful events more quickly (and can measure it if you want)

2. You will feel more energised, at ease and sleep well

3. Overtime you can help reduce your physiological age through maintaining a healthy heart and counter increases in blood pressure that invariably come with advancing age
